🌿 For a connection(s) where love can thrive, we need to always start with Truth! Truth about what our Boundaries are and Truth about what our Needs & Desires are.
🌿 In order to live in Truth, we need to master the capacity to communicate our boundaries, needs & desires authentically.
🌿 Boundaries & the Expression of them (and learning how to deal with that as a doer at the same time) are therefor one of the foundation pillars of any healthy relationship. And at the same time of any touch related activity!
🌿 Learning to become an absolute Master at Boundaries is one of the most self-empowering practices one can engage in!
🌿 Because through boundaries you learn to keep yourself safe and only when you feel safe, your body can relax. And a relaxed body allows you to step into your higher self!
🌿 Conscious boundary setting will unlock the magic of each moment, enabling you to fully surrender to each moment and each interaction safely.
🌿 Touch is a beautiful way to practice those skills. However, these skills are equally valuable and useful in daily life, work life or whenever you need to set boundaries like a pro. You will learn how to set boundaries in such a way that people will appreciate you speaking your truth!
🌿 At the same time, we also need to learn how to ask for what we want, without making assumptions, so we can fully step into self-nourishment.
🌿 Most of us are holding back on that, leaving us unfulfilled, and ponder on "what if..."

We will use the modality of the The Wheel of Consent to construct the foundations of conscious touch and conscious relating.

Content
This introduction evening is an immersion of self awareness, consenTsual touch, boundaries, desires and freedom of expression. In a safe space you can learn how to communicate your boundaries and desires, how to touch, how to empower yourself through touch and release shame, fear and guilt around asking what you want. Exploring the dynamics between giving and receiving.

We will do practical partner exercises where we will be exploring these areas in a playful way in a safe container and sharing circles to discuss what we are experiencing. You are never forced to do anything you don't want. In fact we encourage and empower you to speak up when you for example need more time or need a moment to yourself.

Yes you can. Because it has many advantages to learn these foundations before you enter a relationship. You chances of any relationship fulfilling your needs dramatically increase by learning these tools.

Do I need to bring a partner?
No, you can come alone if you like. If you want to bring your partner, you are more than welcome.
Being partnered up with the opposite sex is NOT guaranteed if you don't bring a partner.

I am joining as a couple, do we have to work with other people?
No. You can do the entire workshop with your partner.
However, if you want you can join the partner rotation circle after each exercise to get different imprints and learnings, but this is completely optional.
You decide what feels right for you. And this may change during the workshop and it may also stay the same, both is completely fine!

THE FACILITATORS

Roger
Roger is the founder of the Tantra Secrets - Consciousness Expansion Academy and the lead workshop facilitator. He has an extensive background in Tantra, Daoism, Energy Reading, Energy Play, Hypnosis (Sexual & Regular), Latin Dance, Consent work, Authentic Communication, Trauma Release, Deconditioning, Sacred Sexuality & Meditation.
